Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with GegoCraft. We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Orders received before 2:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day; orders after will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping is free across India. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and it is expected to get delivered anywhere in India within 7 days of shipping date.

 

3. International Shipping

International orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once the order is shipped, it will take around 10-15 days for the order to get delivered depending on the location.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier link.
  • You can also log in to your GegoCraft account at any time and view “My Orders” for up-to-date tracking status.

 

5. Shipping Delays

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Weather events, strikes, high-volume seasons (e.g. Diwali), or customs hold-ups may cause delays beyond the estimates above.
  • What to Do: If you experience an unusual delay (over 10 business days for standard domestic), please contact us at contact@gegocraft.com.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damage in Transit: Inspect your package immediately. If goods arrive damaged, please email photos of the packaging and item(s) to contact@gegocraft.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows non-delivery ≥10 business days after dispatch, contact us so we can initiate a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
