How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time. If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us at contact@gegocraft.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within a few hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email us immediately at contact@gegocraft.com with your order number.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. Simply select COD at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@gegocraft.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you ship outside India?
